““I was pleasantly surprised”
“I was pleasantly surprised one day to
find Briarcliff Storage was opening up right next to my apartment complex… From
the first communication with Beth by phone, we knew we found a good place. The
process to rent was very easy and communication before the facility opened was
awesome. I always had my questions answered quickly. Once we reserved our unit,
Beth kept us updated on the opening date for the facility regularly. When we
moved in, the place was perfect. Plenty of space for multiple vehicles to come
in and park. There lock system is easy to use for your unit and the gate access
is very secure. We felt very welcomed when we met Beth and she was more than
patient with myself and my elderly mother. Their prices are very reasonable and
I would strongly recommend them to anyone looking for a secure place in Oak
Ridge to store their belongings. Thank you Briarcliff Storage for making our
transition very easy.
