You can expect protection from fire or flood damage, burglary, and even pests. There are 3 protection levels to choose from, each one tiered so that you can budget smartly. Plans are billed monthly and are added to your rental bill for your convenience. It’s easy to file a claim, and it’s even easier when you have taken the time to store your belongings with care and consideration. Make sure to keep a list of what you have in storage, document your items with pictures, keep your items off the floor by using pallets, wrap your items in cloth and pack them carefully. Always remember not to store anything that shouldn’t be there. When you need to file a claim, take photos, salvage what items you can and secure them again before filing a police report.
