What a great experience. When we needed to relocate to another house in Oak Ridge, we were able quickly access a large, dry, and secure, unit at a great price. We had plenty of storage space to temporarily house most of our belongings, for several months (longer than originally anticipated, as usual), while we made sheetrock dust modifications to the new house. It made the transition so much easier knowing that our valuables were safe and clean somewhere else conveniently closeby, in case we needed quick access - 24/7. The friendly staff were always on hand to speak with, and worked with us on how long we needed to store our items, through the whole transition! Thanks Briarcliff Storage!! We'll be using your great services again VERY SOON!

Staff was very helpful

This was a great place to rent a storage unit. We kept our furniture there for well over a year and not one spot of mold or mildew and we did not have a climate controlled unit. The staff is super friendly and when our payment got declined due to an expired card, they were so kind about it and just took the new information and processed the payment with no threats of “kicking us out”. Would recommend them to anyone with anything to store!

The representative Catherine was very professional and met all of my needs. She was even was able to help me assess how much square footage I needed for a storage! The facility is absolutely gorgeous and offers all kinds of options. I'm grateful I get to store my things at this well maintained temperature controlled storage facility!

This is a brand new facility with state of the art access and security. We had both an indoor climate controlled unit and an exterior unit. Both units were clean and easy to move our stuff into. The location is perfect and the whole rental process was painless. I would recommend Briarcliff Storage to anyone who needs to store their stuff.

Truly the best storage experience we’ve ever had. We moved in almost as soon as this place opened. Very nice family owns and operates it. Being new, this place is clean as a whistle. Everything operates as it should. We used the climate controlled storage units. Had absolutely no problems. The price was fair — very reasonable considerating poor state of some of the other storage facilities in Oak Ridge. We fought moisture, mold and had security concerns at another “climate controlled” storage facility. Highly recommend. We bought a larger home in the area, and now have adequate storage for our stuff. Else, we would still be renting from them.

I was pleasantly surprised one day to find Briarcliff Storage was opening up right next to my apartment complex. I had a storage facility on Chapman Hwy (South Knoxville) since 2014 and wanted my belongings closer. From the first communication with Beth by phone, we knew we found a good place. The process to rent was very easy and communication before the facility opened was awesome. I always had my questions answered quickly. Once we reserved our unit, Beth kept us updated on the opening date for the facility regularly. When we moved in, the place was perfect. Plenty of space for multiple vehicles to come in and park. There lock system is easy to use for your unit and the gate access is very secure. We felt very welcomed when we met Beth and she was more than patient with myself and my elderly mother. Their prices are very reasonable and I would strongly recommend them to anyone looking for a secure place in Oak Ridge to store their belongings.
